6. Online Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

a) Online Payments

b) Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations initiated by the patient more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time: 100% of the consultation fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations initiated by the patient less than 24 hours before or after the scheduled appointment time: No refund will be applicable.
• Cancellations initiated by Suman Hospital due to unavailability of the practitioner or operational reasons: 100% of the consultation fee and any convenience charges will be refunded.

c) Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days, subject to the processing timelines of your bank or payment provider. Suman Hospital shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

7. No Doctor-Patient Relationship — Not for Emergency Use

The information available on this Website — including health articles, treatment descriptions, FAQs, and practitioner profiles — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
